His New Neighbor
Marc had always been a well-known figure in the neighborhood. At 49 years old, he was the oldest resident on the block and was often seen as the nosy next-door neighbor. He was always looking out for his neighbors, whether it was keeping an eye on their house while they were away or offering to help with household chores. Some neighbors appreciated his kindness, while others found him to be too noisy and intrusive.
Two weeks ago, a young couple had moved in next door to Marc. They were a beautiful and fit couple named Heidi and Ari. Marc had been watching them from a distance, but he was particularly drawn to Ari. The 25-year-old muscle man who seemed to spend most of his time working out in his yard.
One day, as Marc looked out his window, he saw Ari working out in his yard. The sight of him sweating and flexing his muscles made Marc curious. He couldn't resist the temptation and decided to introduce himself. He walked over to Ari and said, 'Hi, I'm your next-door neighbor.'
Ari smiled and said, 'Hi, nice to meet you.'
Marc continued, 'I've noticed you guys have been here for a while, but I haven't had the chance to introduce myself sooner.'
