Adult Performer Drake Von Arrested in Las Vegas for Felony Domestic Battery and Strangulation
Drake Von is one of the most recognizable names in adult
entertainment. In addition to his studio work and solo content career, he and
his identical twin brother, Silas Brooks, also launched a joint OnlyFans
account called The Baconator Twins.
Most recently, he served as co-host of the 2026 GayVN
Awards, held on January 22 at The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. In 2025,
he won GayVN awards for Hottest All-Male Creator Collab and Favorite Twink.
Now, his name is making headlines for a very different
reason. On June 2, 2026, Drake Von, whose legal name is Dawson Bacon, was
arrested by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
The 23-year-old content creator faces multiple severe
domestic violence charges following an incident at a Las Vegas residence.
The Criminal Charges
Court records indicate that Von faces three separate
criminal counts:

Domestic battery by strangulation (Felony)

Coercion constituting domestic violence with
threat or use of physical force (Felony)
•
Domestic battery (Misdemeanor)
Following his booking into a Clark County jail, Von's bond
was set at $25,246.
Bodycam Footage and Allegations
Clips described as body camera footage of when officers
responded to an altercation at a million-dollar Las Vegas home.
The female accuser told responding officers that Von allegedly strangled her during the fight. She stated on camera that she was unable to breathe and briefly lost consciousness during the encounter.
